Graciela M. Chanfraú

Graciela M. Chanfraú is a Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience in establishing robust HR infrastructures, supporting organization-wide change, and shaping cultures that excel in recruiting, engaging, and retaining high-caliber talent. 

 

She has served as Chief of Human Resources across higher education, nonprofit organizations, state government, and various business sectors. 

 

Graciela partners with CXO leaders to develop and execute strategic plans that optimize human capital, navigate challenges, and create impactful human resources programs, policies, and processes. Her expertise includes employee and labor relations, culture and team development, crisis management and risk mitigation, and the cultivation of genuine relationships. 

 

She holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resources Management, Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, and DiSC certification. Additionally, Graciela is a licensed attorney in Ohio.

 

Originally from Cuba, Graciela grew up in upstate New York and has been a proud Buckeye for over 20 years. She earned her BS in Applied Social Science from Binghamton University, MA in Management and Change Leadership from Antioch University, and a JD from Capital University.
