Laura A. Davidson, Founder of Lakeside Talent Advisors, is a recognized leader in human resources with over 15 years of experience. Her collaborative approach and versatile skill set have made her a trusted advisor in diverse business settings, from small businesses to publicly traded global corporations.
As a small business owner, Laura is passionate about supporting small business entrepreneurs and knows what it takes to build something from the ground up. Laura excels in strategic HR management, talent development, and change management.
Laura has held significant roles in biotech, manufacturing, publishing, and global retail, where she drove employee engagement and developed comprehensive HR strategies. Including organizational redesign, talent management and development, managing organizational transformations, large scale project management, and coaching in both domestic and international business environments.
Laura achieved a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. Additionally, Laura completed an Executive Education course in Strategic Human Resources Planning with the University of Michigan. Laura is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and it currently pursuing a Coaching Certification through Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching program.
